VIRALSIG helps creators generate, manage, and publish short-form video clips from their long-form content and publish them to the creator's own connected platform accounts on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X. 1. Information We Collect
- Account & contact information you provide, such as your email address, when you contact us or use the Service.
- Connected-platform information. When you connect a platform account (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or X), we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant. For TikTok, connected via Login Kit, this includes:
- user.info.basic — your basic TikTok profile (such as open_id and display name) to confirm the correct account is connected.
- video.publish — permission to publish video clips to your own TikTok profile via the TikTok Content Posting API, at your direction.
- Content you provide for processing, such as the videos and clips you choose to generate, manage, or publish.
- Authentication tokens issued by connected platforms, used to perform the actions you authorize.
- Technical and usage data, such as basic log information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Service — generating, managing, and publishing clips to your connected accounts at your direction.
- To authenticate you and maintain your connected-account authorization.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With connected platforms (such as TikTok) as necessary to perform the actions you authorize.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.

- Revoke access to any connected account at any time in that platform's settings (for TikTok, under Security & Permissions); you may also disconnect within the Service.

- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor applicable rights and do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
